Your flight or train will be met by one of our English speaking staff who will whisk you away to your exclusive, private Odessa Executive Suite.

Of course, if the service is good, our drivers always appreciate a little something for helping you with your luggage, especially if you arrive very early morning train or depart late at night.

If you desire, we will even bring one of your friends along to meet you! This service is only $15 each way, arrival or departure, and MUST be reserved in advance.

Please note that airport/train transfers outside of normal business hours are $40 each way.

VIP AIRPORT SERVICE:

With the savings from the free airport transfers, you may wish to consider the VIP package offered by the Odessa Airport for your arrival and departure. Typically, the airports in the former Soviet Union are far below western standards and the long lines for passport control and customs can be very frustrating, which is only compounded by the local custom of cutting and crowding to the front no matter who is in queue before you.

With this in mind, the major airports in Ukraine and Russia offer a "VIP" service… for a fee! The Odessa airport is no exception. If you desire, the VIP service will meet you as you deplane on the tarmac and transport you in a special van to the VIP Terminal.

While they retrieve your baggage, they will complete the Ukrainian immigration and custom's declaration forms. When your baggage arrives, they will accompany you through passport control and customs and then carry your baggage to our waiting vehicle. Since all of the VIP attendants speak English, this will make your communication with the Immigration/Customs officials much easier.

The VIP service on arrival may save you as much as an hour and tremendous frustration especially in the peak season.

The charge for this service is $115 for international arrivals or departures or, if you book in advance, $220 for the round trip. If you are arriving or departing on a domestic (Ukraine) flight, the charge is $70 for arrival or departure and $130 for the round trip.
