FIRST: Fill out the RESERVATION REQUEST FORM for the apartment and any optional services required.
NEXT: Click the submit button at bottom of form.

WITHIN 48 hours, You'll hear from OES to review your request and your order for optional services. Once there is agreement on the suite reservation and your optional services, we'll confirm your reservation and provide the estimated costs and required deposit to you via email.

THE FINAL STEP: You will make your deposit payment with a major credit card, a bank wire transfer, or send via a Western Union cash transfer.

Please note that we answer virtually all email within 12 hours and we answer 100% of our email within 30 hours. If you have submitted a reservations request and you have not heard back from us, please check your "junk" mail folder on your email to see if our response is there. If not, please resubmit your reservations request because we have not received it for some reason.
