The Odessa Group also manages four 1-Bedroom Residences;
one is a large loft flat, located on the fourth floor of an
interior building on Bunina and Rishelievskaya. This quiet
location affords you easy access to the excitement of Deribasovskaya,
but you still have your complete privacy. You are only a very
short stroll to excellent shopping and fine restaurants in
the area.

All four residences have large balconies, three with a view
of the Black Sea in the distance.
Each two-room residence has a large living area and fully
equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave oven, gas cook
top, a full-size refrigerator and an individually controlled
hot water heater. In addition, each home is provided with
a toaster, electric t-pot, and cooking utensils, including
dishes, flatware, pans and kitchen ware.
The modern bathroom is provided with a bathtub with a handheld
shower, a heated towel/drying rack, and a washing machine.
As in all OES properties, a back-up water supply
and separate hot water heater is provided to ease the inconvenience
of the occasional water stoppage in the city.
The bedrooms are large and easily accommodate oversized beds, 180 cm. x 200 cm, which are larger than a USA Queen
size bed. As in all OES residences, the imported
bed linen is 100% cotton and, unlike many competitors throughout
the former Soviet Union, the sheets actually fit the bed!
The living area is very spacious, which allows ample room
for you to enjoy the 21" TV while watching a DVD or one
of the hundreds of SAT-TV channels available to you, or simply
listen to your favorite CD. As an option, the new PC with Hi-Speed Internet access offers you the opportunity to do business or just surf the web. As an added feature, you will be able to make and receive UNLIMITED, FREE telephone calls from the USA or Canada, and make FREE, UNLIMITED calls to the UK, France, Italy, Spain or Ireland at a designated place.
