Odessa Executive Suites on Deribasovskaya has
two Junior Loft Suites located on the fourth floor of the
interior building facing the peaceful courtyard. From this
prime location, you can enjoy a view of the city and the tree-lined
courtyard…with easy access to the main staircase and
the sauna. Both of the Junior Loft Suites have a balcony facing
the courtyard, which allows you or your guests to slip outside
for a breath of fresh air.

Each one-room loft suite has a living area and fully equipped
kitchen. The kitchen has a microwave oven, gas cook top, a
full-size refrigerator and an individually controlled hot
water heater. In addition, each suite is provided with a toaster,
electric t-pot, and cooking utensils, including dishes, flatware,
pans and kitchen ware.
The modern bathroom is provided with a shower cabin, a heated towel/drying rack, and a washing machine. As
in all OES properties, a back-up water supply
and separate hot water heater is provided to ease the inconvenience
of the occasional water stoppage in the city.
The loft sleeping area easily accommodates an oversized bed,
180 cm. x 200 cm, which is larger than a USA Queen size bed.
As in all OES residences, the imported bed linen
is 100% cotton and, unlike many competitors throughout the
former Soviet Union, the sheets actually fit the bed!
The living area allows ample room for you to enjoy the 21"
TV while watching a DVD or one of the hundreds of SAT-TV channels
available to you, or simply listen to your favorite CD. As an option, the new PC with Hi-Speed Internet access offers you the opportunity to do business or just surf the web. As an added feature, you will be able to make and receive UNLIMITED, FREE telephone calls from the USA or Canada, and make FREE, UNLIMITED calls to the UK, France, Italy, Spain or Ireland at a designated place.
