Odessa Executive Suites on Deribasovskaya has
four Loft Suites located on the third floor of the building
facing the pedestrian street. From this premier location,
you can look outside and feel the electricity and excitement
of the city passing below you.

Each suite has a large living area and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has a microwave oven, gas cook top, a full-size
refrigerator and an individually controlled hot water heater.
In addition, each suite is provided with a toaster, electric
t-pot, and cooking utensils, including dishes, flatware, pans
and kitchen ware.
The modern bathroom is provided with a bathtub with a handheld
shower, a heated towel/drying rack, and a washing machine. As
in all OES properties, a back-up water supply
and separate hot water heater is provided to ease the inconvenience
of the occasional water stoppage in the city.
The upper loft area is large and easily accommodates an oversized
bed, 180 cm. x 200 cm, which is larger than a USA Queen size
bed. As in all OES residences, the imported
bed linen is 100% cotton and, unlike many competitors throughout
the former Soviet Union, the sheets actually fit the bed!
The living area is very spacious, which allows ample room
for you to enjoy the 21" TV while watching a DVD or one
of the hundreds of SAT-TV channels available to you, or simply
listen to your favorite CD. As an option, the new PC with Hi-Speed Internet access offers you the opportunity to do business or just surf the web. As an added feature, you will be able to make and receive UNLIMITED, FREE telephone calls from the USA or Canada, and make FREE, UNLIMITED calls to the UK, France, Italy, Spain or Ireland at a designated place.
One of the Loft Suites is provided with a large balcony to
allow you to join the excitement out on Deribasovskaya while
sitting and enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening
glass of wine.
