Apartments:

Odessa Executive Suites are equipped with a private safe, SAT-TV that includes English and other international languages, a DVD/CD player, air-conditioning, new beds with imported 100% cotton linens, a microwave, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a clock radio, a coffee maker, an electric teapot, and PC with Hi-Speed Internet access and free international telephone calls to and from the USA and Canada. Electrical converter plugs are available for loan upon request. Optional mobile telephone rentals are available, if desired. Deposit:

There's no need to waste money sending a deposit by Western Union or the hassle of using PayPal. As a convenience, you may make a deposit directly into the Odessa Executive Suites with your major credit card.

Arrival:

Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport by one of our friendly English speaking staff and a driver who will whisk you past all of the "taxi mafia" waiting to overcharge you, and deliver you directly to your personal, private OES accommodations… THIS TRANSFER IS ABSOLUTELY FREE and is included in your regular room rate!

Once you arrive, you'll be given a detailed orientation tour of your executive suite, including instructions on how to use your personal safe, SAT-TV and DVD player, and all appliances. You'll find that your apartment is even stocked with an up-to-date Odessa Executive Suites' Welcome Package, which contains local travel essentials including Odessa guide books with restaurant and club guides, an Odessa telephone book, an Odessa street map in Russian and English with local markets, money exchanges, cafes, restaurants, and other important spots nearby. To help make your local transportation more convenient, you're even provided with a special "TAXI CARD", listing the OES address in English and Russian.

You also may choose to use the optional Pre-Arrival Shopping Service. With PASS, you have your choice of a wide variety of desired items which will be stocked in your apartment waiting for your arrival. To make your transition to Odessa as smooth as possible, if requested, we can even exchange some money for you and have a packet of Ukrainian grivna waiting for your arrival. This will ensure that your first evening will not be spent in the money exchange, or market.

Cleaning:

Rates include cleaning each week with a full linen change. However, you may choose to have daily cleaning service for a modest charge. We can even arrange for laundry and dry cleaning service.

Customer Service:

Each guest has the convenience of an English-speaking "concierge" upon arrival, to ensure that you receive seamless customer service throughout your stay. An Odessa Executive Suites' concierge is available at the front desk or by telephone… 24/7! Of course, English is the first language at Odessa Executive Suites, and every staff member speaks both English and Russian.

Local Knowledge:

OES owners and staff are intimately familiar with Odessa… With prior arrangement and schedules permitting, you may arrange a short "orientation tour" of the local area.

Air Conditioner

Queen Size Bed:

All beds are new and at least queen-sized, and are fitted with imported, 100% cotton Egyptian linens. Every bed also comes with a full mattress cover and pad, which have been sanitized for your protection.

Internet Access:

As a convenience for our guests, a PC with Hi-Speed Internet access is available in each apartment.

Television:

Each apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, which provides virtually all of the channels that are available in Odessa, including CNN, Sky News, CNBC, BBC, Bloomberg and many more, plus several 24/7 movie channels… all in English and many more in other languages. NOTE that many of these channels are not available on standard "SAT or Cable" offered by regular apartment rental companies in Odessa!

Ownership:

Do not be confused by the wording of some competitor's advertising… Odessa Executive Suites is 100% controlled and managed by the American owners and operators. OES does not broker other owner's apartments, except in very unusual circumstances. We handle ALL of our own reservations, maintenance, and operations…and not a Ukrainian landlord. We want you to be satisfied!

Security:

Odessa Executive Suites located on Deribasovskaya have a front desk manned 24/7 by an English speaking attendant. No one may arrive or depart from your suite without YOUR approval. This will not restrict your privacy, but instead ensure that you will not have an unexpected visitor in the middle of the night. This feature is not provided by ANY other apartment service in Odessa!

In addition, all suites have secure metal doors with heavy deadbolt locks. Other OES locations' entrances are keyed or coded to discourage unauthorized visitors. Of course, each apartment is fitted with a personal safe. YOU set the combination, to store valuables in your suite. This critical safety device is ONLY available today at the most exclusive hotels in Odessa!

Mobile Telephone:

If you desire, you may rent a mobile telephone with a local Odessa number during your stay. If you pre-reserve the phone, you'll be provided with your number before you depart. You may choose to use our mobile telephones or just the SIM card with your local number in your existing compatible GSM telephone.

International Calling:

For your convenience, we have an international phone which allows you to make free phone calls to the USA, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland or Canada.

Long-Term Rental Package:

A long-term Rental package is available from Odessa Executive Suite' corporate partner, Odessa Property Management. This gives the Odessa expatriate the opportunity to focus on their job instead of searching for and maintaining a high-quality, Western-style apartment in a difficult environment (i.e. locating/negotiating a lease, working with a Ukrainian landlord, paying recurring monthly bills and rent payments). The Long-Term Rental Package offers the ease and convenience of having Odessa Property Management…
